Jeff Cuthbertson
Jeff is the President/Owner of SERVPRO of Bradley County. Jeff grew up in Scottsboro, AL and worked in construction throughout junior high and high school. After high school, he lived in the Dominican Republic for two years as a missionary for his church. He then attended Brigham Young University where he graduated in Facilities Management. While at BYU, Jeff met Jessica Erin Parks Cuthbertson. They have been happily married for 11 years and have three children: Kellen, Taylor Bea, and Ava.
John-Paul Morgante
John-Paul joined our team in July 2024 as our Human Resource Manager. He attended the University of Southern California for a BA in Chemistry, The Open University for his MBA in Business Administration and Management, and National University for his PhD in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership. He has been a great addition to our team and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future.
Kevin Brock
Kevin Brock joined our team in September 2024 as our Chief Operating Officer. He attended Tallahassee State College to gain a degree in Business. Before joining Team Cuthbertson, Kevin was the Southeast Regional Director of Operations at SERVPRO Headquarters. We are excited to see all the great ideas and opportunities that he will bring to the team!
Tom Walker
Tom Walker has recently joined our team in October 2024 as our Director of Construction. He attended Belmont University to gain a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Tom was previously a construction specialist at SERVPRO headquarters before joining our team. We’ve been loving the ideas that he’s brought to the team already, and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for him.
Sean Lewis
Sean Lewis joined Team Cuthbertson in February 2024 as the Director of Business Development. He attended Florida Gulf Coast University to attain a degree in Marketing. Since joining the team, he has revised and redeveloped the Business Development team to be among the best. With his experience as Senior Marketing Specialist at SERVPRO headquarters and Director of Business Development at other SERVPRO franchises, Sean brings a lot of great experience and insight to the team.
Kate Dykes
Kate Dykes joined Team Cuthbertson in June 2022 as a Marketing Support Coordinator and has since then played many roles such as Digital Marketing Manager and now her current role as Director of Administration. She is not only knowledgeable about all things Digital Marketing but she is also learning the ropes of all things administrative when it comes to SERVPRO.
Matt Holland
Matt Holland joined Team Cuthbertson in 2014 as our Large Loss Manager and is now taking on the role of General Manager at our Chattanooga location. Matt has many IICRC certifications and brings many years of experience to the table. He is also an avid University of Alabama fan and has his office decorated with crimson and white.
David Guaracha
David Guaracha joined Team Cuthbertson in July 2022 as one of our Restoration Managers and is now our Restoration Operations Manager. David comes from a background in insurance before deciding to join the SERVPRO world. He is also IICRC certified and is one of the many faces that you will see out in the field working on jobs.
