Rain Damage in Climer, TN

Climer, TN Home with Rain Damage

Rain storms are usually not a problem for a home to handle. But when the rain is driven at a window it can find its way under the railing and into the home. Unfortunately the window was weathered leaving allowing water to soak the inside of this bedroom.

Because it was an outside wall the insulation soaked up most of the water which eventually saturated the drywall causing it to sag. We cut out the wet materials, dried it out, and prepared the room for rebuilding.

The finished room looked great. We were even able to dry out the heating unit which worked perfectly even after getting a little wet.
