Water Damage - Chattanooga Motel

Water damage at this Chattanooga Motel was the result of a section of roof being torn off by the heavy winds associated with a severe summer thunderstorm. Several rooms were flooded by the rain from the storm. The before photo shows the damage included fallen ceilings with a large quantity of insulation. We were required to clean up the debris and tear out drywall and other building material damaged too much to restore. We then employed commercial air movers and dehumidification equipment to help dry the affected rooms. Once the rooms were sufficiently dried, we completed the job by reconstructing the rooms to better than original condition. The motel owner was extremely pleased with his rehabilitated rooms.
